I have a dillema regarding sumbitting my Theatre portfolio, since it is only optional.
Since I am considering majoring in theatre or acting, I am thinking about submitting portfolio to schools, but I am not sure if it will make my application better or worse.
The recorded monologues that I would send would be good, but it is only a part of potfolio. I have to submit the Theatre Resume with all plays, characters I played and previous theatre experience and this part isn’t that impressive. Unfortunately, I had a chance to be in only 3 plays. Then, I don’t know if submitting my portfolio will make my application look worse?
I have participated in many declamatory competitions, but it won’t be counted as Theatre Experience.
I would be grateful for any kind of suggestion or help.
