"positive early notice"

<p>Hi, I was wondering... if I just received a letter from the CAAP (for architecture) that that says it is sent to "a limited number of strongest candidates and to keep Cornell in mind"... is that a likely letter? </p>

<p>and if it is, does that mean i'm pretty much accepted or should I not be celebrating yet?</p>
