So I'm looking to transfer out of John Carroll University potentially. I have a 3.76 GPA, 1330/33 SAT/ACT, involvement in admissions and also two terms on a fraternity executive board. I'm interning with GE this summer in FP&A. GPA kinda got fucked over by 300 level classes I took fall semester that ended up being a part of a major I no longer am interested in.

Trying to figure out if transferring out is right for me. Too many times I find myself frustrated with where I am and feeling like I have a ceiling here. I want to be able to go to law school, and not just a mid range, looking at the upper range schools.

Is it better to transfer out? I'm a Finance and Accounting double major, potential schools include UVA, Northeastern, George Mason, George Washington, and SMU. Strong recommendations and essays. Also was recognized as one of the top 13 accounting majors out of 80. I took 46 hours of AP credit in high school, getting National AP Scholar with distinction.

If I stay, I will likely end up president of my fraternity. Elections are this sunday and I'm not huge on running and leaving. Thoughts?
