Hey guys, I'm a freshman at St.John's University, majoring in Actuarial Science. I was considering applying to Wharton transfer for September 2009....the thing is I'm an international student and I pretty much need full tuition. How good are they at iving the scholarship or the aid to the international student that needs it? Academics wise I'm doing pretty well, my gpa is 3.9, i have 2240 SAT and EC-wise i'm the treasurer of a business society, on the debate team, writer for the yearbook, plus participating in leadership workshops. should I consider applying? I heard transfer admissions to wharton are really, really tough, and that they don't consider you if you dont have a 4.0 from an Ivy. Suggestions??

They only give 2 full scholarship awards to international transfers every year. :/
