so finals are coming up... and i guess my grade in Physics CP is on the border line.. (C-/D+) i think i might get a D this semester.. i'm really scared that i will get rescinded from UCR... :'(
i've called the admission office and they told me to email them to tell them my situation, so i did yesterday..
does anybody know how long does it usually take for reply??
i'm really worried!!:(
but i'm sure my GPA will still be at least 3.0, my major is language which is not related to science, and also, i've already have two years of required science class (bio&chem).. i know three years of science class is recommended for UCs..

but..
i'm really scared right now.. i really want to go to UCR.. :(
is it likely that i'll get rescinded from UCR?

any information would be greatly appreciated!!

You know, I really think you should be fine if you send them an email about how hard Physics is for you. Make sure you include that you already have two years of science and took this class instead of being a T.A. or something. Also mention your GPA will still be above a 3.0. If UCR rejects you, that would be unfair, because it would be like punishing someone for trying hard. I might ask why you took such a hard course your senior year, but it was your choice.

yea.. physics is HARD. i dunno.. i guess science is just not my thing, that's why i wanted to major in language. I've never wanted to take physics, i know i was going to suffer but I took it anyway because i know it's recommended for UCs. And i guess the teacher matters, too? My teacher is very smart, but i don't think he's a good teacher...
