Possibility of SAT test ERROR?

I just took the SAT for June and I focused on mainly the math section of the exam(part I studied most). It was my 2nd time taking it. I felt so great during the exam and to my surprise, I got a mere 600 for the math section. I remember omitting only 3 questions and possibly getting 3 wrong at most. I contacted the collegeboard to make a hand verification of my exam just to make sure my score was legitimate. So, how many wrong did I get in order to get a 600? Also, what are the chances of my exam containing error?(mistakes during grading)...I know, I probably just F'd up.

I would assume that you made careless mistakes. I wouldn’t think that the collegeboard would have problems regarding the test, it is very rare. Not that I know somebody who was in your situation. and I think to get a 600 you probably missed 10 solid questions. That is my guess

I’d say the number of missed questions would be between 8 and 10. And hey, it’s your money. If you think the possibility of a higher score is worth the cash, power to you.

Just so you know, 3 omit 3 wrong would be around 700, and 3 omit 11 wrong would be around 600.

So unless you bubbled around 9 questions wrong, there was no error in grading.

Same i got a 600, and felt i only missed three and omiteed 3 if i remember! Maybe i made careless mistakes, mann

Maybe you bubbled in the non-multiple choice math ones wrong? I think you can get those re-graded by hand for $50.

SAT is more trick then you think. You should have taken lots of practice tests to see your score range before you went in for the result (‘-’)
