Possible ACT fiasco -- help please

<p>I took the September 16th ACT and decided to check my scores online today. This message came up: </p>

<p>"We do not find a Registration record for the national administration you selected. To verify Registration, please contact our customer service representatives at ACT Registration: 319/337-1270 (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. central time Monday through Friday). "</p>

<p>I took the darn test!! What the heck does this mean?</p>

<p>I would do what it says, and give them a call.</p>
