possible for a Stanford reject to get in?

Same here... waitlist at Georgetown and rejected at Swarthmore all in one day. I've completely given up on Harvard, but we'll see.

Seriously, best of luck to everyone!

my valedictorian from last year got rejected from stanford but then got accepted to harvard and princeton, so hopefully we all have a chance!

you have a chance.....don't worry we all do....although not the same obviously

Everyone keep your hopes up. I know a guy who was rejected at UCLA, But accepted at Harvard. He's a sophomore at Yale right now...

The grand finale tomorrow!

stanford is random (unless u have legacy or are a recruited athlete)..harvard is random too so don't give up hope just yet.

I have a sick feeling that Harvard will take me, but my top two choices will reject me : /

akiiriah: hey, I applied and got into those exact same schools! (except I didn't apply to Wellesley). I'm also out of state for the UCs
It looks like we've got similar taste :)

Best of luck to all of us tomorrow

lol, accepted at uiuc, uic, case western, and a likely letter from dartmouth. Waitlisted at Duke and JHU......

Well I'm hoping Harvard will take a Stanford waitlisted.........=[ But I'll find out tomorrow........x_X

Me too, dwindlelights, me too. Fingers crossed

"I have a sick feeling that Harvard will take me, but my top two choices will reject me : /"

that would suck

:-p

13 hours, 37 minutes! Good luck to all!

Wow; it is getting closer and I need to sleep!!!! xD

Comment from a mom - hang in there, all of you, these are nerve-wracking days, but it's great to see how well you support each other through them. As the decisions come in, everyone should remember there is indeed a lot of randomness to the outcomes, and the result is not a statement about your worth in life, either way - ie: that's true whether you are in and it's true if you're not. All the best to all of you.

Interesting though. D1 hardly spends any time on CC. She cannot believe that I am wasting my time here. Apparently she did not feel the kind of nerve wracking that you’re all experiencing. She was out of town when Stanford’s result was out on Friday. I called her and asked her “Did you get in?” She replied, “Get in what?” Then I told her to get on the Internet to check her email and to forward her email to me (regardless of the result from Stanford).
She is waiting for Harvard like all of you here. However, when I sent her to school this morning I noticed that she did not realize it was today.

I was rejected by like 5 schools and got in. don't worry.

Stevezilla1088: that's very encouraging! Less than 2 hours left! I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it. I'm so excited and I just can't hide it and I know I know I know I know I know I want you (Harvard) :)

Another mom here! I'm freaking out waiting for the decision. My son just left to run to the store and he said don't check anything until I get back. I hope he's back before any emails come.

Best of luck!
