I really want to go to this college but my sat score is horrible and I only took it once. My math sat score was a 550, critical reading 440, and writing 420. My average is around 86 but the weighted average is a 99 due to all the ap classes I took. Will it be hard to get accepted here?? also would it be better to go to a community college for 2 years for my associate than transfer. I heard that when you already have 2 years of college, they won't really look at my HS records...so just please guide me what decision I should take...Thanks

apply to UCF as soon as possible sending the above scores, letters of recommendations, resume, and completed applicaiton. also sign up for the SATS in January (last day to sign up is this Friday, December 26) just in case you get deferred because of scores.

If you're really willing to go, you should also consider applying to Summer but alot of kids that were deferred for Summer are getting accepted now, so you are getting late in the game by not having submitted an application, because kids with your similar scores are getting accepted after being deferred.

I applied to Fall 09 in October. I got Deffered Late November. I Had a 1090 SATS, 3.3 unweighted 3.9 weighted. Lots of volunteer work, clubs etc.

I retook my SATS and waiting till DEC 23rd to find out.

Anyone know by how many points you have to raise your scroe to get accepted
