Possible Inconsistency of Major Between Rec and Self-Report

Hi everyone,
So my chemistry teacher has finished my recommendation letter and uploaded it to Naviance (or something else I don't know). Before that, I talked to her and told her that I wanted to major in natural science. However, now I changed my idea to mathematics. Some of my EC's and awards can show my preference in math. So I am not sure whether she mentioned my natural science major in the recommendation. If she did, would that be a problem? Although math and science are somewhat similar, they are different. So what's your opinion? Do I need to ask her to make the change?
Thanks in advance.

Unless you have to apply to a specific major from the beginning, it shouldn’t matter. Schools know that students change their minds, sometimes making huge changes in majors and goals.

From what I’ve read here, some places do require a declaration of major when you apply. It seems to be related to overcrowding and limits of space, and the California public schools seem to be major practitioners.
