Possible merit aid chances?

I'm really interested in dual enrolling at Eastman and Rochester, provided I get some merit aid. What do you think are my chances for getting a half tuition/full tuition merit scholarship?

As far as I know, people in NYS get an (almost) automatic $10K but that is it. Nearly all the top kids in my school applied to rochester and they all got the same $10K.

I believe that everyone who gets into Eastman gets merit aid of some kind. Also, the tuition at Eastman is less than it is at UR but you can take as many classes as you want at UR. If you enroll in the double degree program, I think all of your financial stuff still ends up going through Eastman.
