<p>I don’t think you can, but even if you could, I wouldn’t do it. They rejected you for a reason. Unless you did something like apply to engineering when you should’ve applied to art history, you’ll likely just get rejected again.</p>

<p>Hmmm, I don’t know, but i’m seriously thinking that it’s plausible, because only the college/school that you applied for reads your application, right? And, don’t they all work separately except for the fin.aid. part? In other words, the only thing that they all share in common is that their students get financial aid from the same department? I don’t know tho. But, however, I wouldn’t recommend it, because if you do get “Caught” so to speak, they might think you are trying to get around the system, and that would be a big “NoNo” for you.</p>
