<p>My family is currently unemployed. I know the FAFSA is filled out every January, but is there any way I can receive additional financial aid for this coming spring semester?</p>
<p>We are also new residents of California. What are the eligibility requirements for the Cal Grant?</p>

<p>On a related note, I plan on dropping microeconomics for next semester, bringing me down to 15 units as opposed to 19. I want to take the course at a community college. What are the requirements for getting USC credit for courses taken at a community college? Can GE credit be granted for taking "GE courses" at a community college?</p>
