<p>No, but they usually don't reject during early admissions (EA/ED) they rereview the application during regular decision.</p>
<p>No, it's not possible to reapply under regular decision if you have been flat-out rejected under early action. Most schools, however, don't flat-out reject, but rather, defer a decision to the regular pool of applicants in the spring.</p>

<p>Yeah they would. You could even let them know in writing if you really wanted to make sure.</p>
<p>Most schools rely on an online-based application for scores - these will see new scores.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, SAT scores alone usually don't make the admissions officers accept/reject you.</p>

<p>They won't see new scores unless you've had the College Board send the new scores to them. Scores are not sent automatically, even if you've sent prior scores to the same school.</p>
<p>If you've been deferred, you can send these new scores. If you've been rejected, don't bother.</p>
