Hi! I was wondering is it possible to apply for early action or early decision and then apply for regular decision to the same college?

Short answer: No

Long answer: When you apply early action or decision, you application will either be accepted (good for you), rejected (you can't re-apply) or deferred (they will wait until RD time and reconsider your application). Some selective universities defer almost everyone who they don't admit; others reject most people and only defer those who they think have a good chance in RD. If you get deferred, you can send in additional materials to boost your application. If you get rejected, then you're pretty much done with that college.
