Hi
I am going to be in my senior year this fall and looking at Georgia Tech and better (more well-known) engineering colleges.

I am planning to study computer engineering, or maybe electrical or mechanical. Very interested in robotics.

My cumulative GPA so far is 3.19 weighted, 3.03 unweighted.
My transcript shows a definitely negative slope in my grade trend from 9th grade to 11th grade.

I have taken 4 APs so far, Calc AB, BC, Comp sci A, Stats. (respectively, 4, 5(sub:5), 4, 3)
I am going to take AP Physics C in Senior year.

My highest SAT scores are M: 800, CR: 550, W: 690, Combined 2040.
SAT 2: Math II: 800, Korean: 800
I am planning to take at least one more SAT I, shooting for at least 2100, and SAT II Physics, hopefully 800.

For Extracurricular activities,
Math League: 3years, few awards
Habitat for Humanity: about 50 hours
Volunteering at a neighborhood library: about 80 hours
Teaching Korean at a church: 20 hours
Flute: 6 years
Volleyball: 10th-11th
First Tech Challenge: 3 years, won regional amaze award

I also have taken few college courses at nearby college and am going to take Ordinary Differential Equation, a college course offered through my school.

I am considered as an international student since I am in US under a student VISA. I lived about 5 years, so I think I don't have to take TOEFL.

Lastly, the biggest problem I have..I have a few disciplinary records, including in-school-suspension.

Based on these information, do I have any chance getting into Georgia Tech or better engineering colleges?

I would appreciate for any information on financial aid or whether it could affect the admission under my circumstances or not.

*My school is a charter school, and the school claims that it is a nationally recognized school, and the colleges consider the reputation and the weighted GPA based on my school's own "phase system" during the admission process.
Now I have heard things from other people and am almost convinced that my school is living in its own world.
What do you say about charter schools and the weighted GPA?
