Possible to send an ACT composite score taken w/writing w/o writing score?

Background: I’m a junior in Virginia, and I’ve taken the SAT and ACT once each, in March and April, respectively. I received the following scores on each:
SAT: 1490 (720 E, 770 M) (taken w/o writing)
ACT: 36 (36 E, 35 M, 35 R, 36 S) (taken w/writing, writing score pending)
I know that the first score is good, and the second is excellent, but I’m concerned about my writing score on the ACT, which should come in tomorrow or a week from tomorrow, especially since I’m a slow writer and I know writing scores are correlated to essay length. My questions are:

  1. How much do colleges factor ACT writing in when considering the test score holistically, especially computer science/engineering schools?
  2. If the writing score comes in sub-11/12, how much will that score tarnish the rest of the score in the eyes of admissions counselors and should I retake in June or just send the SAT instead?
  3. Am I able to send the ACT composite score as a standalone or do I have to send the writing score with it?
    Thanks in advance.
