Possible to submit Subject Test scores and not SAT scores?

I've taken the ACT and I'm planning to take the SAT in March-- If I don't do as well on the SAT as I did on the ACT, would it be possible for me to only send colleges my 3 Subject Test scores without sending my SAT score?

First, no college requires three SAT II scores; those that require SAT IIs require only two. Many of those colleges consider only highest two if you send more; others, particularly Princeton and Harvard, will consider all SAT II scores if you send more including considering any low SAT II scores against you. Thus, if you take two tests and score very high, think twice before taking a third and risk making a low score that could be used against you.

Second, as to what you must send to colleges depends on college. The testing agency for the SAT, College Board allows you to exercise score choice and send only the scores you want to send and withhold others. ACT sends only particular score ordered. However, a number of colleges have rejected score choice and require you to send “all scores.” Nevertheless, the “all scores” rules vary among those colleges. Some in your situation require you to send all SATs or all ACTs but not both and you then send all SAT IIs; others require all SAT, SAT II and ACT scores. So you would need to check the particular ruke of each college to which you are applying.
