Possible to switch campus for Macaulay Honors?

For what reasons is it possible to switch to another Macaulay Honors College campus? How does the process work? What should I tell them when I visit the colleges’ admissions (Hunter, Brooklyn) office to ask?

@Russianhacker I tried going to a new school campus and getting a change but they said now. any ideas? Have you heard of people transferring?
