possible topics for autobiography?

hihi,
so i need to get an autobiography for my school done, and i need a theme. here are some ideas, can you guys tell me which one is best?

*My grades made a huge change from fresh year to soph/jun/etc. (from 79 averages to 97s)

and i want to incorporate the topic as something that helped me change. idk if u know what i mean

-my family dinners, I come from another country and i was born there too but im very americanized outside of my home but when im home i wear my cultural dress- speak a different language, eat different foods. its a whole dif world.

-my parents were really strict with me and i never really saw "the real world." the summr after freshman year my parents started to give me freedom and i could write about all the small experiences i encountered around nyc that all changed little bits of me. I had a ritual of traveling

my experience with working in a cancer lab. It helped develop my character, it made me more responsible and mature. (independent research)

-my experience with working for a cancer organization, i traveled with a staff memeber- going to different neighborhoods (mostly poor) which opened up my eyes to new people and the problem with health care. helping those less fortunate. my cousin also died of cancer a year before i started my work with them

The best topic is the one that allows you to write the most personal, detailed, revealing essay–the one that is so you that only you could write it.
