Is it possible to raise 2160 to 2300+ by October 9 test? Was anybody in a similar situation? If yes, please let me know :]

690CR, 720math, 750 writing

please be honest in your answer. at this point, i honestly don't know what to think anymore...

i know i’m being really annoying but please can someone comment?

I can’t tell you I’ve accomplished that, or that it’s probable that you will, but I know I took the leap from math and writing scores of around 700-750 to scores in the range 770-800 quite easily with minimal studying. It just depends on whether you’re comfortable with everything you’ve learned. Anything is possible. You aren’t necessarily as far from your goal as you might think you are. One thing I can recommend to you is not to focus on the essay. Study for CR. Do as many practice sections as you can and fit some math sections in there. That’s all…there’s not much else you can do, even if you had more time. The goal may require some luck.

Sporty04, I am in the same boat as you are. I have barely made 700’s in CR in my practice tests and I get somewhere around 770-800 for both writing and math. I think I’ll focus on CR. :)

Good luck!

One month… ouch, dude. Were those scores from a recent practice test or your last SAT? If it was from the latter, have you done any SAT prep during the summer? If it’s from a recent test, you’ve got a lot of focusing to do if you want that 2300.

I did it once, so it is possible.
My score was slightly lower, but the increase is about the same.
Get the math and writing to perfect and you are set…and a little luck for CR.

k thanks guys! good luck everybody! :)
