You have good stats and a good profile but also a couple of problems. First your GPA, while improving, is at best middle of the pack for the schools you are considering. This makes your app a 50/50 proposition. You will need a spectacular SAT/ACT to set yourself apart.

Second, (and in some ways the bigger problem due to the economy), undergrad business programs are some of the toughest programs to get into right now; a visit over to the Indiana University page at CC shows a lot of great candidates accepted to IU but rejected by the business school due to high demand. Normally I’d guess that your stats would get you into IU but these days I just don’t know. You don’t say where you live, but your best bet may be your in-state flagship university.

My other suggestion would be to consider applying to another part of some of these schools. You say you’re good at math, apply to mathematics and economics (or look into schools that have quant econ. programs) and attack the admission that way. Math/Engineering majors are often sought after by business recruiters, either in IB or risk management/actuarial functions. It’s a foot in the door and you can always consider grad school later.

Other schools to consider might be Miami of Ohio, William & Mary, Villanova and Univ. of Ricmond.
