<p>Here is the 2009 BusinessWeek rankings of Undergraduate Business Schools. Of your original list, USC is the lowest ranked at 21st. A composite GPA of 3.5 and a 28 ACT will put you at the low end of the 50th-percentile. Maybe your GPA improvement and URM status will help your case, but USC has an admittance rate in the low 20% range, making your numbers an iffy proposition.</p>
<p>Rather than asking the board for safeties, I suggest reviewing the schools ranked 25 - 50 to see if any match your criteria, then people can give their opinions. </p>
