Possibly my final "chances" thread

<p>I'm a Canadian, so I'll be using Canadian universities as my safeties. That's why my list is so top heavy; I don't want to spend 4x as much money going to the states when I can go to a similar Canadian school.</p>

<p>PS Any other suggestions for schools will be much appreciated. Schools must be in the Northeast, and must be generally better than the top Canadian schools (Queen's, St. FX, McGill).</p>
