<p>I sent in a scholarship application and the indicated deadline was Feb 1st. I sent the application certified mail and was notified that its arrival was Feb 2nd. Do you think this is a problem? This scholarship is basically my ticket to a full ride... so that's why I'm kinda yancy about the 1 day thing.</p>
