<p>I took two classes at OSU. Do I have to send an OSU transcript with my college apps? It's another $10 per transcript and I'm doing a bunch of schools.</p>
<p>Yes you do. For instance, Under Colleges & Universities, the CA says: "List all colleges/universities at which you have taken courses for credit; list names of courses taken and grades earned on a separate sheet. Please have an official transcript sent from each institution as soon as possible."</p>
