Post some cool prompts. =)

<p>When it comes to The Common Application's prompts I am sitting here like... yeah...
I feel as if they are kind of dull and I wouldn't like to write about the stuff they ask for, and on the "Topic of your choice" I have a problem coming up with a topic!</p>

<p>So, have you visited a college website and saw an interesting prompt, or something that may be fun/cool to write about?</p>

<p>U.Va has prompts like:
What is your favorite word and why?
Discuss something you secretly like but pretend not to, or vice versa. </p>

<p>I like these. They are pretty specific, and I feel like I could get pretty creative with them. I may just do one (though I have decided not to apply there). </p>

<p>But to get a list of them, and so I can make a list of possibilities, do any of you guys have ideas for cool, kind of specific prompts? ;)</p>

<p>(Williams College) I like it because it makes you think…you can take it a lot of ways</p>

<p>“First experiences can be defining. Cite a first experience that you have had and explain its impact on you.”</p>

<p>(UPenn) I really like this one, I used it for mine.</p>
