I absolutely agree with you following your doctor recommendation. I didn’t realize that was the case in your situation hope you feel better soon.

I’m in a doctor’s office. The lady sitting across the room pulled her mask down below the chin to fill out some paperwork. I guess she can’t see with the mask on? 
I moved as far from her as I could… did not say a word because I don’t want to cause any explosions - she looks really 
already.
You folks are better than I am. I’m in CT. Medical offices both private and hospital owned are required to follow the medical protocol.
If I walked in and there were folks working there unmasked…I would have left.
Most places around here are now asking you to call from your car…again…when you arrive. Terrific since this week is supposed to be better cold.
I have a dentist appointment this week, and eye doc next. These practices have excellent protocol…and it’s been wait in your car all along. Once they call you in, you go straight to an examining room. No waiting room.
Works for me.

Would have cost me $200 for no show. 
She was a patient… and I was in and out of there in 5 min. If I had to wait longer than that, I would have said something to the nurse.
