For people who have previously taken the AP Music Theory test, shouldn't the average of a 4 and 5 on the subscores be a 5 as the composite?

Yo JJO9, what'd u get on the subscores for music theory?

Still waiting for my scores.

I will find my scores next Tuesday, assuming the report that they arrived on 12 July in Ohio is correct, as I am in Melbourne. Ironically, that is my birthday as well.
They had better be good.

Got mine yesterday (Friday the 13th! What luck.)

Stat - 5 (surprised, thought I'd get a 4)
U.S. History - 5 (expected, I didn't even study.)
Eng Lang - 5 (Surprised, thought I'd get a 3 or a 4 because I didn't finish the MC and my persuasive essay sucked.)

I'm ecstatic, especially with Eng Lang because my teacher told me that if I got anything lower than a 5, I must have majorly ****ed up. We didn't really learn much about English in that class though, he was a Supreme Ct buff who made us argue cases. Mostly I'm happy because getting a 5 on Lang means I'm not taking the Lit test (just the course) because I don't see the point in it.

CC is really bizzaro land when it comes to scores. I haven't seen anyone taking muisc theory; I hear it's an incredibly hard test, so much so that the course teacher at our school received a 3 on it.

As a junior:

AP history: 5
AP Biology: 5 (probably the easiest test I've ever taken in my whole entire life)
AP Physics: 5

Now, I have a question for you guys. I go to a public high-school and our GPA system is out of 4.3. A+ = 4.3, A = 4, A- + 3.7.. and so on. A+ = 98+, A = 95-98, A- = 92-95.. and so on. As you can tell, it is tough - or impossible - to get a perfect 4.3 GPA. As a Junior, I really really tried hard and got great grades-
BUTTTT
I recieved a B in Health. I almost failed the finals because during CPR test on a dummy, the chest cracked (and I'm well sure of my self that it was NOT due to me putting a lot of force.. just was an already broken dummy due to bad ass funding ;-)). I am really mad about that, becasue B in Health looks very bad, although it does not count for rank or GPA (shows in transcript). Now, should I be too worried about the B, or just think of it as you-cant-get-it-all reminder?

I got a 5 on Bio and a 5 on US History. I'm really disappointed.

Yeah, lame joke, I know. :D

My sister got a 4 in World History! She was in 10th grade when she took the course. I am so happy for her! She worked really hard all year writing essays and studying everyday. Yay! :)
