<p>Louisiana got AP scores in mail Tuesday, July 13, 2009.</p>

<p>Will take English comp again. Only got a 3. How will this affect registering for courses for the fall of 2010, if don’t find out scores until mid July? Hoping to test out of some of the freshman English.</p>

<p>Son is rising senior.</p>

<p>Got a 4 on Latin. Whoopee! Will only have to take one semester of Latin if need to take foreign language for major. </p>

<p>Well, at least son will be an AP Scholar, as he has a 3 on USAH, a 3 on Eng Comp, and a 4 on Latin Virgil.</p>

<p>This brings my AP average to a 4.78</p>

World History (10th grade): 5</p>

<p>I’m happy to have the scores, but at this point it doesn’t really matter. For those who still have more AP classes to take, make sure you focus on the class and the material rather than the AP test.</p>

<p>I took 5 AP classes (Bio, Calc BC, English Language, English Literature, and US Gov’t), but I only took Bio and Calc BC because my college doesn’t take Language or Gov’t, and I really didn’t want to take literature (I needed a 5 on it, and I would have gotten a 4).</p>

<p>Anyway, I got 5’s on both AP Bio and AP Calc BC.</p>

<p>I expected a 4, borderline 5 in Chem, but I guess the hard test gave a good curve and boosted me to a 5. Now its party time with chicken gyros…</p>
