This is a pretty cool feature for monitoring progress on transcipt entry and coursework equivalency while many of us left on this thread are still waiting for a decision from CSUF. It certainly gives us something to do. For those of you already admitted, it would be awesome to see your audit data for comparison and hope for us waiting souls…
From the Cal State Fullerton site:
The TDA app is located on the main portal site for CSUF. Once you open it, leave the default settings to RUN CURRENT PROGRAM for Catalog year FA 2017, then click the RUN AUDIT button. Once complete, click the VIEW AUDIT button.
Under the Audit Results Tab, it gives you some nice charts of your Total Units Earned, GPA, and GE Category progress, as well as pretty detailed report of where your courses fit into the GE Requirements Categories and your Major Requirements. The Course History tab shows all the courses entered from your transcripts, including repeat courses and non-transfer courses.
For this thread, post your Major, Total Units Earned, GPA, and Course History from the other tab of the Audit Results. You can copy and paste the data into the CC reply window, but it doesn’t require much cleanup. Just preview it before posting.
For me, they’ve only entered 2 of my 5 transcripts. I noticed that one course did not transfer, as well as another course had the course number entered incorrectly so it did not tranfer as well. But that course had a “W”, so it’s not big deal. Also, I repeated that course and it showed up properly in the audit. This is a very good way to double check their work.

@TooOld4College So… I was provisionally admitted to CSUN and I was able to run an audit on their portal as well. Turns out they have worked on my transcript and everything looks good there. But on the section ‘Natural Sciences’ I am short by 1 unit. I was taking a course that would fill that gap this semester but I had to drop it. Will this make csun withdraw my admission???
Hmmm… I was wondering if they were only doing it with me because I have 5 transcripts and it’s an easy tool to help figure it out weather or not I’m worthy.
@Starkiller Was it a lab you were missing? I can’t speak for whether or not they would deny you based on a missing unit.
I didn’t complete my AD-T or get a sign-off on IGETC. I will this semester. But a life science of mine (BIO 20 from another CSU) didn’t fill in my B2, which it should have. I don’t think it means much because it’s just a tool. I called CSUF Evaluations today to tell them about the issue and (aside from their grumpiness that everyone here has experienced), they said not to worry too much. They told me if I get accepted to speak with the advisor to straighten it out.
Here’s my TDA update with the data from the 3rd of 5 transcripts entered. As you can see, the CSUF staff are not very careful when entering data (TEA KWON DO? hahaha). They are not giving me credit for my COUN 141 course because they entered it incorrectly (COUN 1) as well as my ACCT 101 (entered as ACCT L01). Also, they entered an “F” grade for my CSUSacto course CSC 30 when it states right on the transcript “GRADE DELETED BY PETITION”. It’s very disappointing. I spoke with my CC academic advisor who referred me to my CC transfer center who referred me to the CSUF advisor. Looks like I need to visit CSUF to discuss. Anyways, here’s my TDA update:
