Post your essays?

First time posting and I'm nervous... I hope I'm not causing clutter but I haven't seen a thread like this pop up recently. Anyway, are any of you willing to post your essays? Since we're all done with the application process and March 10th is almost here, I guess it would just be interesting to see how some of you talented people approached the essay questions.

I hate to burst your bubble, but I highly doubt that anyone is going to be willing to post their essays… I haven’t even read mine since I submitted my application. Hate to break it to you, but with TWO days left in the admissions process, I would not expect many essays as we come down to 48 hours…

Well, there was a thread last year posting the essays, can’t hurt to have a thread on this again.

I actually completely understand where you’re coming from… you never know though, there could be a small handful of people proud of their writing that want to share.

I think people would be more inclined to share via PM…

Noooo I’m not saying it’s bad haha, I’m just saying that at least I wouldn’t want to revisit my essay haha

@ccnaf14 oops sorry, I wasn’t meaning to imply yours were bad! It’s just that I’ve been reading mine over and over, making them better in my head and berating myself for the way I answered some of the questions.
and SevenDad and mrnephew, I guess this thread will be here as an option? If people want to post, then wonderful. If not, it’ll just die down and get lost in the sea of old threads :)

IF this happens, essays should be posted post M10

Yes. Definitely post-M10.

Or else it will make you easily identifiable to AOs

^True dat. But then they’ve pretty much decided and set already…

But then don’t take the risk.

I will post mine post-rejection.

Don’t think like that. @LaDiDaDaLaDiDa

You have to BELIEVE. I sound like a therapist. Eh, whatever.

P.S. Do you know how hard it is to spell your username?!

@mrnephew cue Dora voice “you have to believe! I can do it! Can YOU do it?”

I agree with @mrnephew. @LaDiDaDaLaDiDa your username is killer.

here’s some motivational music to get your hopes up @LaDiDaDaLaDiDa

(im assuming that you’re a female)

That Dora voice is so great, I’m going over it in my head.

Swiper no swiping my acceptance letter!

@mrnephew I’m having a laugh attack!

I’m the acceptance letter,
If there is a place you need to go, I am the one you need to know,
I’m the acceptance letter!

Sung to the lyrics of I’m the Map!

@mrnephew, Yeah, I guess I must believe. But there are like almost less than 15 hours and I just on this rollercoaster of “you’re getting in, you’re not.” Idk, I guess one just should not expect much from Exeter. I would have applied to other schools, but my father reassured me that he would not waste his time and I had to choose ONE school. The dream really ends here for me, if rejected (which is what should be expected from PEA).
@stargirl3 and @waiting4march10 , thank you for being supportive as well! I expect loads of acceptances for all 3 of you!!
