Racial demographics, that is. (Although this thread can expand to be about more.)

And your city's, if you want.

Wikipedia usually has this data. If it doesn't, estimate.

My school (~1,500 people): The student population as of 2007 is 0.1% Native American, 15.6% African-American, 13.3% Asian, 67.8% Caucasian, and 3.1% Hispanic.

My city (~97,000 people): The racial makeup of the CDP was 66.52% White, 21.47% Black or African American, 0.26% Native American, 7.30% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 1.63% from other races, and 2.76% from two or more races. 4.12% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

It's cool to see what other people's schools/areas are like.

My high school:
African American: 485, 19.3%
American Indian or Alaska Native: 8, 0.3%
Asian: 239, 9.5%
Filipino: 51, 2.0%
Hispanic or Latino: 1,433, 57.1%
Pacific Islander: 2, 0.1%
White (Not Hispanic): 290, 11.6%

My Middle School:
African American: 285, 19.9%

Elementary School (though this is probably different from when I went there)
Number of Students 749
African American: 4.4%
American Indian or Alaskan Native: 1.1%
Asian: 16.4%
Filipino: 1.6%
Hispanic or Latino: 6.0%
Pacific Islander: 0.1%

If you go to an LAUSD school, this info is available here. Find A School

My town is ~10,000 people (and it consists of two towns, technically):
67.64% Caucasian American, 5.23% African American, 0.84% Native American, 1.87% Asian, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 18.82% from other races, and 5.51% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 45.08% of the population, many of whom are Ecuadorian, Chilean, Dominican, and Puerto Rican.

And this is a rough estimate on my school (800 students, 1200 including the middle school):
50% hispanic, 40% Caucasian, 10% African American/Asian/other

Llolololol because all the information for my school is from when we had like 1000-2000 students :[ I won't bother posting, it's too out of date.

Honestly, I don't even live in a town. I live in a village. I live in a town that is comprised of like, 10 villages though, but I don't say I'm from the town of xxxxxx. I say I'm from the town of (insert village name here).

Nothing exact about the school. There's so many people that I may be mistakening things, but it's probably a good 75~80% White, with rest predominantly Asian/Hispanic/African-American/Indian.

City...76% White, close to 10% Asian, 3~4% ish African-American, and probably 15% or so hispanic/latinos.

Exact numbers of students:
White, 247
Hispanic, 21
Black, 0
American Indian, 1
Asian, 3

You can figure out the percentages if you want them.

My city (from Wikipedia):
The racial makeup of the city was 92.77% White, 0.55% African American, 0.37% Native American, 0.82% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 4.02% from other races, and 1.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.79% of the population.

Oh, by the way. I live in a village of about 500 people, but it's not incorporated. My mailing address is in the town I described above. My village does have its own school district though, which includes the area surrounding the town. So that's why the town has 7,000 people, but my school has only 280.

SCHOOL:
1530 students from more than 60 countries, (it is an international chool)
most common:
Asian (including japan, korea, india, middle east...like all of asia) then caucasian (european, american, australian) and about a handful each of african, hispanic and black.

CITY: - i live in asia.
South-East asian: 38%
East asian: 43%
South Asian (india): 10%
Not asian: 9%

The racial makeup of the city was 95.83% White, 1.56% Native American, 0.42% Asian, 1.36% from other races, and 0.83% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.59% of the population.

We have 600 students...the breakdown of minorities is as follows:

Miami (demographics straight from wikipedia :p):
The racial makeup of the city proper is as follows:[47]

* White: 66.6% (Non-Hispanic White 11.8%)[48]
* Hispanic or Latino of any race: 80.8%
* Black (many of whom are from the Caribbean or African-American): 22.3%
* Some other races: 5.4%
* Two or more races: 4.74%
* Asian: 0.7%
* Pacific Islander: 0.04%
* Native American: 0.2%

My school has only been running for three years, so we don't have any statistics yet.

my town:
As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 5,482 people, 1,778 households, and 1,541 families residing in the borough. The racial makeup of the borough was 82.69% White, 0.60% African American, 0.05% Native American, 15.63% Asian, 0.44% from other races, and 0.58% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.75% of the population.

This is why I want to try living in Toronto for six months. Albeit those months are April through October, Toronto is one of the most diverse cities in the world. And it would be a nice little break from the US.

As of the census of 2000, there were 121,015 people, 48,414 households, and 31,662 families residing in the city. The racial makeup of the city was 48.8% White, 42.4% African American, 1.1% Native American, 2.2% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 2.5% from other races, and 2.8% from two or more races. 5.7% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

but we now annexed ft bragg, so there will be roughy 100-150k more people in the next census just from that
