physics 720 X(
my roommate say it’s too low =(

Lit: 740
Math 2C: 760
Spanish: 780

YES!!! I rocked the subject tests!

pigsatsea : I used giancoli in AP phisics B class

USH: 780
Lit: 720

Chem: 790

omg. I’m soo happy. I thought about canceling this test after I took it…but it ended up with a massive curve. omg XD

Jeez, you guys are fricking insane complaining about 750+ scores. Wow.
IT DOESN’T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. The difference between a 750 and an 800 will NOT HELP YOU. AT ALL.

USH - 790

1 question away…

USH - 780

Mwahahahah

As a parent, I have to say I’m a little (maybe more than a little?) disturbed when kids think of retesting when they score 760+. This may be a sign of a wee bit too much pressure? True, I’m no admissions expert, but it strikes me as irrational and potentially dangerous to panic over such excellent scores. Please, get a grip. My son somehow managed to get in SCEA to Yale with a – gasp – 740 on the Math2. So, please, just chill – or focus your energy on your essay and community service (at least with that one, someone benefits from your neurosis).

BurnThis deserves a standing ovation for that comment. congrats to your son for Yale!! Im applying SCEA this year ( hoping to have his luck, not that its luck, he probably worked his tail off for that, again, congrats!

I’m pretty content with my scores
USH = 790 very happy
Lit = 740 happy, but not thrilled…do you think it matters that this is one of the hardest tests? or do they judge them all the same?

Math 2: 790. I know I should be really happy, but I was getting raw scores of 46/47 on the collegeboard practice exams…thought I would ace this completely. But yeah, I’m totally aware that the ten points won’t make a difference to colleges. It just makes a difference to me. =P
USH: 780. Pretty sweet I think. History’s generally not my strong point but I seriously studied…now, for that AP 5. :]

790 Bio M- very happy with
770 Math 2- very happy with

wooohooo…no more SAT for me.

What’s wrong with feeling down about not performing as well as I should have?.. Not panicking and am pretty chill right now, just wasn’t too happy with the score considering how I felt after I took the test. That’s all. As for complaining and panicking, it kind of is in our nature to be demanding of ourselves and insecure (especially CCers).

Literature: 670
Math II: 700
US History: 730

No big surprises, here. I only need Subject Test scores for one college, anyway. Boston University probably isn’t going to frown upon a 700 and a 730. US History was slightly better than predicted. Literature was slightly worse than predicted. Math was on par. No qualms, not retaking.

Math II - 780
Chem - 800
Lit - 690

I’m incredibly happy/surprised with my math and chem, but am wholly disappointed with Lit, even though I actually expected lower, ha. I’m not going to bother retaking it because I don’t think I can do any better, but should I take a history or something so I have a non-quantitative test under my belt?

US history-790
i shouldn’t have taken a fourth sat II…well whatever i’m donee with standardized tests!

Bio-780 Yay!
USH- 770 Yay! (Thought I was going to get a 750)
Spanish-690… Booo. And it’s my second time taking this one. And I got a 690 on the first one… I just want to break 700 for this dumb test!

Chem - 650 (about what i expected, retaking)
Lit - 690 (s/a above)
Math II - 800, surprising but also exciting!

Anyone have helpful tips for chem? i’ve raised my score a lot, but i feel like it’s really hard to close that final gap!

math2: 750
bio: 770
us history: 790.

i’m pleasantly surprised with history, a little disappointed with bio and math2. definitely taking math2 again.
i’m applying to many ivies, so is bio worth retaking?
anyone know what the curves were like for may?
