I HATE peanut M&Ms and peanut butter and peanut butter oreos. But I love peanuts in general. Anybody ever have this situation where they are sitting through a sleep-inducing assembly and they desperately have to pee?

I just found college confidential today while not paying attention in class and surfing the internet =)

StarryEyed - welcome to the club! And prepare yourself. LOL

loooove nutella !

I just love the pun in that song.

Welcome to CC, StarryEyed. :)

Welcome to CC!

Hope you like it!

Hello StarryEyed.

Be prepared to immerse yourself to CCism and Tsen, and the ghosts of AOM and Maple!

Is AOM = Art of Movement? I’m guessing not… :stuck_out_tongue: Art of Movement is a BBoy crew!

I’m fasting from CC, only 10 minutes a day until summer!

I dislike filling out applications. Oh CHILL.

timeformetobuildabridgeandgetoverit:D

^^Close, but no cigar! It’s “mind” you’re thinking about.

^Applications+essays=ARGH!!!

Since you mention essays… There is an essay within my application!!

^It feels great once you finish them. And they’re not that bad if you just write without thinking about who may be reading them. I like writing so those essays didn’t bother me that much (except when it was the week before the apps were due, by which time those essays did give me a headache).

^I like writing, but I don’t like writing that kind of essay. :expressionless: I find them contrived. I’m always trying to squash stuff into a short essay or B.S. a long essay.

I love creative writing, because it’s a lot of fun. I don’t like it when the amount we write is limited.

The essay I just wrote was really easy and quite boring.

* Prompt: You have heard people talking about a CHILL member who has been experimenting with Drugs and Alcohol. This person is also a very active participant in CHILL events. Describe how you would handle this situation. *

^ the pot obviously makes him CHILL

^haha  If that was my essay, I doubt i’d get in.

@leafblade: Yeah, I know what you mean. I don’t know what to tell you, except to just write without worrying about what you’re writing to or who may be judging it, and write about something that really means a lot to you. I wrote about making a dress for a school dance… what happened was, I didn’t want to spend the money on a dress, so after much deliberation, I went home and made my own. On the day of the event, I was afraid that people were going to make fun of me for something so “un-fashionable”, but no one did. It was a pretty normal, boring topic, but I had fun writing about it, and I had a lot to write about, because the moment I made the dress was the moment I decided that I didn’t care what others say about me - I am me, and I can create opportunities and make things happen by the works of my own hand and mind.

By the way, there was this good essay book that I was reading over the summer, except I can’t remember the title anymore… there were a few essays in there that were so funny that I started laughing so hard when I was reading it at 3am in the morning that my mom woke up and came into the room to check to see if everything was okay:). I’ll tell you guys the title when I do remember it.

I love how someone mentions nutella in the previous page.

Out of nowhere, my mom just bought me a huge bottle of nutella, even though I have to stop eating it. =]

Lol, wow. The guys at your school seem like a bunch of losers.
