for us, prom’s just for juniors and seniors (and if your their date). i became good friends with a ton of juniors lately, but sadly I became their good friend after tickets were sold :/</p>

<p>My mom says I can’t go because of my terrible French grade. rayna, it’s like that at my school too. One of my senior guy friends asked me just as friends, but my mom said no.</p>
<p>My puppy is doing just fine thanks :] Though i’d hardly call him a pup. He’s small,but old. I’ve had him since I moved to Virgina…I was 7 :]</p>

<p>I’m trying to browse CC and do homework at the same time. For the past fifteen minutes it hasn’t been working - I don’t think I got anything done.</p>

<p>Oh wow! That’s ~7 to 8 years ago (depending on how old you are). My dog is like that too, she’s 8, but she’s only 9 lbs. She’s adorable

<p>Yeah, I was starting to think it could be really funn. She says I can go if I bring my grade up to a 98 and I currently have a 92…and i’m trying really hard.</p>

<p>what??? a 98 o.O that’s crazy! I shoot for a 97 in Spanish, just because it’s Spanish I… 97+ is all the same grade: A+. I do kinda get upset though when I get a 99 because of a stupid mistake on my part…</p>

<p>Eh, that’s my mother. I don’t think it’s crazy…I think it’s crazy that she expects me to pull my grade up that much. </p>

<p>^ Okay, my education system is too drastically different from yours to make an accurate prediction, but I was thinking definitely a B (or lower, but that would be a little insulting).</p>

<p>Ugh I don’t understand my parents are so irrational. They’ll let me go to prom, and originally had no problem paying $90 for a ticket, but won’t let me go to an academic competition, in which I know I’ll win an award, so it’s not pointless.</p>
<p>Why can’t they be more like normal Asian parents? -_-</p>

<p>Honestly, I could care less about prom at this moment, and would easily sacrifice so I could go. It would probably be more fun that prom anyway. But that would be kind of mean to my date I guess. Ugh this sucks so much.</p>
