Neomanxl: Yeah. That schedule looks pretty crazy to me although I'm not that good in science. Can you take one of these courses next semester or are all of these classes req. for the fall?

neomanxl: question. why does your chem lab have a lecture period? Is that normal for o chem?

By the way, a guy in my dorm last semester took chemistry (not ochem), biology, physics, calculus, and an honors class, and could barely handle them all (I think it really affected his GPA). I would maybe drop one of the harder science classes, and get another gen ed out of the way, like a humanities class that doesn't require as much daily work as a lab science. You have lots of time!

Oh, and I'm taking:
Honors Business Statistics
Principles of Archaeology
Honors Professional Development
University and College Careers
Principles of French
War and Peace in the Middle East

16 total credits, sophomore

The times arent set in stone yet but im pretty sure about the classes
Chem 1A/Lab
Chem 1E/Lab (for engineering majors)
Physics 7A/Lab
Writing 39B
16 units

Neomanxl, that does sound like way too much for a first semester freshman. Can you drop a class?

Calculus for business, social, or life science majors MWF 8-8:50 (3)
Chem 2 Lecture MWF 10-10:50 (4)

Freshman Orientation R 2-2:50 (even though I'm a sophomore I have to take it because I'm new to the university) (1)
=16 credits. Let's just say that this will probably not be one of my easier semesters and I was dumb to get all the easy classes done.

statics & dynamics
math methods
circuits

yoga
pilates

that's 23 credits, i think :)

A+P Lab: T 4:00-6:30
and hopefully switching into Self Defense: W 6:30-7:45

15 credits.

neomanxl, I took two semesters of Organic Chem years ago and I'm still traumatized!!!LOL Honestly, you might consider dropping one of your "meaty" classes. If you feel the need to take that many classes, let one of them be a less stressful general ed. requirement.

Also neomanxl (when are you getting on? lol I want to hear your input on all these suggestions), you can try and take a harder course during the summer to relax your schedule a bit. I hear doing that helps since there'll fewer students thus, smaller student to teacher ratio. (If you go to a big u.)
