So... I have a problem.

My high school sucks. Big time. They can't print out my transcript and translate it until Jan 17th. However, all of the schools I'm applying to have postmark deadlines of 12/31 or 01/01.

IF I submit my ENTIRE application (I was planning on doing so no later than Dec 15th) except the transcript, will they accept it if it arrives ~Jan25th?

Thanks!

Usually, when colleges post deadlines, it's for YOUR part of the application, as in the actual app itself, the essays, payment, supplement, etc. They have a bit of leeway regarding school materials, since they know not all schools finish at the same time. :)

My semester does not end until Jan 28th. Therefore, it is impossible for a mid year report to be sent until then. So there is no way colleges can mandate all the school forms to be sent in by the post mark deadline. As Be somebody said, the dec 31st/jan 1st is for your component of the application.
