Postponed???

<p>I am planning on transferring fall 2013 semester, have a 3.78 GPA at UW Whitewater for my first fall 2012 semester, and was notified that my decision has been postponed (Second currently in progress). What does this exactly mean and what can increase my chances of getting in? My final grades this semester will almost certainly be above a 3.0 (knock on wood), but not as good as last.</p>
