Potential majors for me?

I’m a junior in high school and I still generally have no idea what I want to do in college. I know I want to go, and I have some schools in mind, but no real majors. I would love to someday have a consulting job because I really want to travel and meet people (priority for me). I was looking at majoring in environmental policy but those consultants seem to have really low salaries. My dad is really pushing me towards science, but my favorite class has always been english. I took an SAT a few weeks ago (Fall 2015) and my highest score was reading (700) followed by math and writing being pretty close (640 and 630). I currently take APUSH, APBio, and AP English composition, along with physics honors,spanish honors and precal honors. I love the writing and philosophical doscussions I have in English class, and science so far has bored me. I was looking into biology, but I’m not sure if I could be a doctor or commit to it (it’s a LOT of school). I love being outdoors and in nature, but I’ve never been super into environmental stuff… all my friends seem to know what they want but I have no idea. The idea of working in a lab terrifies me and sounds awful, but I want to be able to support myself as an adult. Also, my parents are both teachers and they really don’t want me to be a teacher.
