<p>The only UC I’m applying to is UCSB. So when the essay asks what will you bring to the university of california, can i just say ucsb.</p>
<p>Maybe it will show them it is one my top choices, even thought my uc gpa is a bit low…</p>

<p>Well, if you're only applying to one UC, then I guess you could, although when they read your application they will see a list of all the UCs you applied to...</p>

<p>Well I have other options, they are just not apart of the UC system. Miami, LMU, USD, SDSU, and ASU</p>
