Potential Transfer -- Need Guidance

<p>I am currently a freshman at Adelphi University on Long Island. I originally thought that it would be the perfect school for me. I play lacrosse and I am a Exercise Science major, and i plan on going on to med school eventually becoming a sports medicine physician. Unfortunately, I hate it here. I do not feel that I am being challenged at all academically. I need help finding schools which I would be a better fit. PLEASE HELP!!</p>

Major: Exercise Science (willing to change) </p>

<p>Some schools considered: Stony Brook, Lafayette, Swarthmore (lacrosse), NYU, St. Johns</p>

<p>All of the schools you mention are academically challenging. If you want to stay on Long Island, Stony Brook has excellent science programs and if you are in state, you can’t beat the tuition. You are close enough to Stony Brook, NYU and St. Johns to visit for a day and sit in on a class.</p>
