potentially extremely bad problem

So I don't know if my counselor sent my official transcrip with my school report for the common app. -because we have to pay for official ones and i didn't know that that was something that needed to be done. I'm prepared to buy the transcripts and send them myself, but the reall problem is that if he did send the transcripts along with everything else it would probably have been over one ounce -one stamp was all i put on the envelop. So now it is winter break and if the envelope is too heavy in would get returned to a school that no one is at.

do you think the post office would be amazing and send it anyway since it is to college and all official lookin ;) ;) -geese i hope

no, they'll send it back if it's over the limit.

but transcripts usually come from the county office, not from the school itself.

Call your school to find out about its policy. To be considered official, transcripts have to be sent by your HS (or state/county agency, if it is the norm where you live).

As for going over the weight limit, the envelope will probably be sent back.

Schools (or whoever sends the transcripts) know how much their packages weigh - yours isn't the only one they sent out. If in fact they sent it, I'm sure they put sufficient postage on it.

Now if they didn't send it, that's another issue and you need to get on it as soon as break is over.
