Potentially missing recommendations, but not certain

Hi All. Back in January, my teachers and a research mentor sent letters of recommendations to the colleges.

Every school has reported that my application is "complete," but I'm not sure if this means that they received all my letters.

Only Carnegie Mellon has actually acknowledged the receipt of all three letters, while the others only report that the two required are received.

However, how do I know that the office simply received one of the teachers, and my research mentors, and did not receive the other teachers? Would they have contacted me about that already, or would they have simply checked off the receipt of letters, regardless of who it was from?

I should have called earlier to confirm, but I let it slip off my mind with midyears/exams, and now that it is mid-winter break, I've had time to consider it.

Should I call this late? This might send a bad message. On the other hand, they probably received the two required ones already, or they would have notified me (wishful thinking).

If anything were missing, they would contact you.
