been a while since ive squatted and deadlifted. bench is at around 116kg, 255 lbs.</p>

<p>and also, how much do you weigh, if you're like 105lbs, 65lbs is pretty damn good</p>

I am a runner, but I bench 160 lbs.</p>

<p>haha but i am 118 lbs. you see we had "competition" at the end of last semester. and flatbench was the only one where i didnt really train myself (my fav exercises were pull-ups and preacher curls/other biceps exercises). so EVERY time i would use the flatbench i would be too lazy to put on weight so i always did 45lbs. so i wasnt expecting to do good anyway lol. but i finished among the top for pull-ups so woot! too bad they didnt have push-ups (i rock at those)</p>
<p>btw the highest for a girl that i know this year was like 130 lbs (and she weighed only 105)... but then again she's so amazing (she is also like the one of the fastest runners in NYC)</p>
<p>I can bench 90 lbs and squat 125 lbs. A lot of my friends can bench 150+ and squat 200+. I'm in 8th grade and I weigh 92 lbs.</p>
