Did you guys get a question on ethnic foods? Like there was a bar graph on ethnic foods. Also did any of you get the question on oatmeal cookies. I think the answer was not enough info.

yeah...

the ethnic foods one had three question i think... 55% italian, 38% mexican... thats all i remember. one of the questions said something like "all the people who said yes to mexican said no to italian" or something like that... anyone else remember this?

as for the oatmeal cookies one, i was like ***. "a basket of cookies has 26 cookies. most of the cookies in the basket are oatmeal cookies. if you pick a cookie from the basket, what is the probability that it will not be oat meal?" they had 1/26, 14/26, etc and it was "not enough info"

You had both questions and you only had 3 sections?..

I had both questions too and only 3 questions, the ethnic food one I put I and II I think

ethnic food was I and II (more than half liked italian, some ppl liked more than one)

cookie was not enough info

pretty sure about both

I mean only 3 sections, and yeah I agree with both of those

I had 3 math sections but not those... I had a different test.

One of my sections had a weird graph about phone calls at different times and my grid-in contained that chair problem...

I can't remember what was on that other section though.

I think alot of you made a big mistake on the ethnic foods problem. Im pretty sure they told you that they asked A DIFFERENT GROUP OF PEOPLE for each type of food, and there response was either yes or no. Therefore, only one of the choices was correct. I looked at that problem carefully.

hah.

damn.

really?

hah.

the cookie information was 1/26. im prob wrong

Charchazwick, are you sure? I put one answer only and I read other explanations and they make sense.

meaning I'm wrong.

In response to the ethnic foods question: so what was the right answer? Was it that people liked more than one type of food?

Yes, there were people that liked more than one type of food.

The cookie? Not enough information. You needed to know how many oatmeals there were, or else you couldn't calculate the rest.

So ethnic food was I only? How about II and III, those statements were false?

What were the statements?

I forget but I am pretty sure that none of the bars were related to each other. They were all different studies.

nay....it was definitely not separated....cause the question said some peole made two choices

No it didn't
