PR 1296 Difficulty?

In which ways exactly is the book harder than the actual ACT?

I've read that the English section is harder, but I haven't really had any problems with English.

On the other hand, math has been giving me some trouble. I'm not sure if it's because of the typos and the errors, but it's more tricky than the actual test. I've looked at the official test questions released by ACT themselves and they seem much easier than PR's.

Is the PR math section a good measurement for the ACT math?

Their Math part is very close to the real act. But the science is WAY off.

I know that for the math portion of the SAT, people like to use Barron’s since it’s a lot harder than the actual test and will prepare them better for it, but does it work that way for 1296 as well?

Say I do well on 1296’s science, will that prepare me more for the ACT’s science?

How is science off? Harder, or easier?

It’s harder.

I got 29 on 1296 practice tests on science, and I got a 32 on science on the real ACT.
