PR book/course Q's for SATII chem

is the curve given by the book (79-85=800) accurate?
and if ne1 has taken it or heard, how's the PR classroom course for chem?

Although I scored similarly on the PR test/CB practice test as I did on the real one (790 each time), I think the curve is more closely resembled by the one in the CB book (3-4 wrong = 800). That’s what most people on the boards seem to say too.

However, this does not mean that the PR tests aren’t accurate predictors - maybe the questions are harder? I didn’t take enough of the practice tests to know, so I suggest comparing the questions to the CB test/your scores on each to get a better idea.

My results on PR: 690/780/680
My real result: 800

PR: 670, 710, 590
CB practice: 710
Real: 760

Yeah that 3rd PR test is really bad :P

thanks guys, and do u think it’s worth it if i spend like 500 bucks on a PR classroom course? i think it’s like 2 tests/4 class sessions
keep in mind that i really suck at chem, forgot everything from a soph chem class 2 yrs ago lol

why do you want to take the chem subject test then? why not take a different subject

possibly for combined MD programs

Paying $500 for a course you already took in school? Sounds ridiculous. Just study PR or, if really necessary, Barron’s.
