PR fudged up my Math II subject test...

ok so the first 11 questions weren't copied onto the test booklet, so the proctor just told me to start on #12 and that they would recalculate my score to not include the 11 questions that werent given to me. well, i got my results back today aaaand surprise surprise they didnt. my score was a 560, but im sure it would be better without the 11 blank messing up my raw score. ok so heres my results for the test WITHOUT the 11 that i had to skip:

i got 13 wrong, 20 right, and 6 were left blank total Qs= 39
how can i calculate my raw score? how are blank questions included in the total score of the test?

Let C = number of correct answers.
Let I = number incorrect answers.
Your raw score = C - 0.25I. (Your number of correct answers minus one-fourth of your incorrect answers.)
Omits aren’t added or subtracted from your score.
