I just did a math section, and was completely flustered and fustrated, but only got 1 wrong and 1 omit. But I went over like 3 minutes and just felt horrible. I did perfectly well on previous test. Yesterday did a math section and got all of them right w/out omits, so it could just depend on the test, and how you feel, or start the test. The first few problems were more difficult than usual, so it just ruined it for me the rest of the test.

But anyways, I would say once you do enough practice sections, you reach plateau, and all you do after that is just conditioning, so take a bit easier after you think you've reached that point. And again, it could be just a particular test or mood you're in. I would say keep practicing, because Dec 2 is just a few days away!

On Monday, I got only -9 for CR, which for me is like REALLY good.
On Tuesday, I got -12 for CR, which is good still.
Today, I got -17, which is what I was getting before.

Yes, definitely take a break! The more you freak yourself out, the worse it's going to be.

Are you analyzing what you got wrong, to see what your errors were? Focus on that, not how many you're getting wrong. Redirect your energies to solving the problems.

Are you only using the Blue Book? It doesn't have answer explanations so it may be harder to figure out where you're going wrong. I would also get Cracking the SAT...the strategies might help you figure out where you're going wrong, and the tests have answer explanations.
